Texas Elite Prospect baseball is the organization dedicated to giving players the opportunity to showcase their talents and maximize their potential to achieve a baseball scholarship or get drafted by Major League Baseball.  A primary focus and objective of ours is to help fulfill dreams and aspirations of our players and families.

Texas Elite Prospects was formed by baseball coaches wanting more exposure for high school baseball players.  Many of our players and families would ask us to help their son receive a baseball scholarship. Several coaches got together and formed Texas Elite Prospects.  Our goal is to have players seen by as many Division I, II, or III schools and Major League Baseball scouts as possible.

What We Offer

Texas Elite Prospects is set apart from many different showcases through four points:

Organization – we pride ourselves on having prospects continually showcasing their talents during each showcase.  What we experienced during many showcases is that prospects stand around more than they are showcasing their skills.  Our showcase will have prospects always in an athletic position and ready to perform and showcase their skills.

Focus – Each of our showcases will focus on a different skill set through instruction.  Our upcoming October 31st showcase has individual instruction featuring pitching coach Skip Johnson from the University of Texas!  Future showcases will have hitting and fielding instruction.

Number of Colleges – we pride ourselves on College attendance at our showcases.  We expect a minimum of 20 college and JUCO schools in attendance plus MLB scouts at each of our showcases.

Venue – we believe holding showcase events on the BEST fields in Texas.  The October 31st showcase event will be at Roughrider Stadium!

Showcase Postponed

The Texas Elite Showcase scheduled for Saturday, October 31st was postponed.  The main reason is the weather had not cooperated with us this fall.  Several colleges that were attending had moved their fall season back 2 weeks (due to the weather) to complete their collegiate schedules this fall. Due to this they were unable to participate.

Our committment and goals to each prospect is to have at minimum 20 colleges in attendance and an opportunity for you to perform in front of a varity of schools.  Due to several changes in schedules we felt it was best to move the showcase to May 2010.  A make up date will be announced within two weeks.

Everyone will be issued a full refund for those of you who have registered.  Those of you sending checks in by mail I can return them or shred them personally.  If you paid through paypal you will be issued a refund within one week.

Again, I am sorry the weather did not cooperate with us this fall but Texas Elite Prospects does not want to put on this showcase if all the colleges are not present which ultimately will give your son the opportunity to compete for a scholarship.

We hope you understand our committment to putting on a quality showcase event.  On behalf of Texas Elite Prospects we hope you will attend the showcase in May 2010.  You will receive an email from us once a date has been set.

Regards,

GM Texas Elite Prospects
